As a non-profit school, the German Language School of Marin depends on parents, students, and friends of our school to donate their time and talents to continue building our school and community programs.

The school is administered by a staff of dedicated volunteers and members who are committed to our mission of bringing high-quality education and cultural opportunities to Marin, Sonoma, and Napa Counties.

How to partner with us.

Would you be interested in supporting our organization and its mission by becoming a volunteer? Here are a few ways that you can partner with us:

• Become a friend of the German Language School of Marin!
  Support our fundraisers and events by telling your family, friends, colleagues and social network about them—ask them to follow us on Facebook and Twitter to get the inside scoop on German happenings in Marin and beyond.
• Join our administration team!
  Almost every school year we face the need of replacing personnel who have fulfilled a term of volunteer contribution in an important staff role. If you or your child is already a student, please ask our faculty or board members about opportunities to volunteer for a school year.
• Assist with a school or community event.
  We are always looking for willing participants to help with the many aspects of planning, organizing and helping out at our school and public events, as well as planned social gatherings.
